Agile+ projects are comprised of a Discovery Phase, a Start-Up Phase, and an iterative Development Phase.  In addition, there are Global Project Activities that span all of the phases.

The Discovery Phase is usually extremely short and has as its main objectives determining high-level requirements, architecture, and cost estimates.
