Global Project Activities |
- Change Management. There is always change in any software project. Agile+ is designed to accommodate change and therefore disciplined change management must be practiced throughout the project.
- Risk Management. Things can and will go wrong with any software project. Anticipating, preventing, and mitigating risks is the most essential part of project management.
- Project Management. In Agile+, project management is diffuse throughout the project team. Planning is done by the entire team and the project manager's role is more coordination than providing direction.
- Process Validation. The process details decided on during the Start-Up Phase are tracked to ensure compliance. If any process is not being followed, the project team must either be brought into compliance, or an explicit decision made to exclude that process from the particular project in question.
- Issue Tracking. A robust system must be in place for tracking issues, defects, suggestions, and questions so that nothing falls through the cracks.
