Bill Feid

Mr. Feid is a Managing Partner at Pacific Rim Partners. Mr. Feid is responsible for fund-raising and transactional negotiations, as well as investing in and managing portfolio ventures.

Most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of RealLegal, LLC, a leading supplier of software to the legal community, Mr. Feid has been at the forefront of innovative business for the past 20 years. Mr. Feid is also founder and former President and Chief Executive Officer of Law.com, the largest destination website for the legal community in the world. Mr. Feid engineered the sale of Law.com to American Lawyer Media, the largest legal publisher in the United States.

Christine Davis

Christine Davis is a Fellow of the Cutter Business Technology Council; Senior Consultant with the Cutter Consortium’s Business-IT Strategies and Enterprise Risk Management & Governance practices; and an independent consultant with a broad base of experience in management, engineering and product development. She served as a Senior Executive for Texas Instruments and at Raytheon from (1993 through 2000), where she had profit and loss responsibility as the general manager for its sensors and electronic systems businesses, a $3 billion business.
